Any figures we show describe the market (for example the number of investors in a buyer community, or the number of listings the platform has screened) or describe the results of a specific person who is named. They are not typical, not a promise and not a projection of what you will achieve. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, your market, your skill, the sellers and buyers you deal with, and factors outside anyone's control. Many people who attend a training take no action and earn nothing. Assume that is the typical result.

Market and demand figures

Statements such as "3,500+ investors", "2,500 to 3,000 deals of quarterly demand", "10,000+ screened listings", "185 active markets" and "24 landlord-friendly states" describe the buyer community and the platform's inventory as reported to us at the time of publication. They change over time and are not a guarantee that any particular property will be purchased by anyone.

Founder figures

Figures about the founder of the buyer community (portfolio size, rental income, starting capital) are as published by Section 8 Training at s8training.com and describe one individual's portfolio built over years. They are shown so you can judge the source of the buyer demand. They are not typical and not a projection of any attendee's result.

Timelines

"Under 7 days" describes the intended workflow from first contact with a seller to a signed contract when the system is followed. Sellers, negotiation, title and your own follow-through all change the outcome. Some deals take much longer and many never close.

Rent and cashflow estimates

Rent figures are estimates based on public HUD Fair Market Rent and Small Area Fair Market Rent data with conservative defaults for expenses. Actual approved rents, vacancies, repairs and financing vary. Verify every number independently before making any decision.

Program access is a paid enrollment offered by application only. The price stated in our materials is the current price and may change. No payment is taken on this website. The full terms, including the refund and cancellation policy, are provided in writing before anything is paid. Read them before you pay.
