Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit your email to watch the video or apply for program access we collect what you type into the forms: email address, first and last name, mobile number, city and state, and your answers to the application questions. We also record the time of submission, the IP address and browser the submission came from, the page you were on, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source or fbclid). We keep these as the record of your consent.

How we use it

• To send you follow-up about your application and let you book your 45-minute call through our scheduling calendar.
• To review an application for program access and contact you about it.
• To send text messages only if you separately ticked the SMS consent box. Texting is never a condition of applying. Reply STOP at any time to end texts, HELP for help.
• To measure and improve advertising. See "Advertising and analytics" below.
• To comply with law and to protect against fraud and abuse.

Where it goes

Your details are stored in our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel) and our email delivery providers. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and analytics

This site may load the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel and send matching conversion events from our server (the Conversions API). Those events can include a hashed version of your email address and phone number, your IP address and browser, and the page you converted on. Meta uses this to attribute applications to ads and to build audiences. You can limit this with your browser settings, with an ad blocker, and through your Meta ad preferences.

Cookies and browser storage

We use session storage in your browser to carry your answers from one step of the application to the next so you never type the same thing twice. Meta sets its own cookies (_fbp and _fbc) when the pixel is active. We set no other tracking cookies.

Your choices

• Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. Transactional messages about your application and your booked call may still be sent until that call has passed.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.
• Email support@s8dealfinder.com to access, correct or delete your information. We respond within 30 days.

Retention and children

We keep application records for as long as we operate this program and for the period the law requires for consent records. This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
