The Section 8 Deal Flow training is a free, on-demand educational video available on this site. Watching it costs nothing and obligates you to nothing.

Program access

Access to the S8 Deal Finder platform, tools and buyer network for sourcing operators is a separate, paid enrollment offered by application only. Submitting an application is not a purchase and no payment is taken on this site. If an application is approved, the price, the payment terms, and the refund and cancellation policy are provided to you in writing before anything is paid, and they govern that purchase.

Educational content, not advice

Everything presented in the training, on this site and in our emails is for education. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or property. Real estate involves risk, including the loss of principal. Rent and cashflow figures are estimates derived from public HUD data and conservative defaults. Verify every number independently and consult your own professionals before acting.

Your conduct

• Provide accurate information on the forms. We rely on it to review your application and to book your call.
• Do not record, rebroadcast or resell the training or any material from it without written permission.
• Do not use the site or the training for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation.

Communications

By submitting your email or applying you agree to receive emails about the training, your application and related offers. You may unsubscribe at any time. Text messages are sent only with your separate, optional consent and are governed by the wording shown at the consent box and by the STOP and HELP commands.

Intellectual property

The site, the training and all material in them belong to S8 Deals LLC or its licensors. Trademarks of other companies belong to their owners.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The site and the training are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, S8 Deals LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the site, the training or your reliance on anything in them. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product concerned, which for the free training is zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
